Mechanic Job
Get the mechanic job, find Los Customs, and repair vehicles.
Getting the job
Get the mechanic job at the City Services counter. If you do not have a vehicle, use /taxi to travel to the white shield marker. You can return to the counter to request the job again.
Getting to the job area
The mechanic job is based at Los Customs in central Los Santos, north of the City Services counter. The location also has a customization shop and crafting bench.
Job vehicles and storage
Use your third eye at the garage outside the shop to obtain a job vehicle. The job stash is the toolbox at the back of Los Customs. A separate garage stores personal vehicles.
Repairs and payment
Bring a vehicle to the back of the shop and choose Work On Vehicle. Inspect it, obtain the required parts from the job shop, and use repair kits when necessary. Mechanics receive scheduled pay and can invoice players for services.
Going off duty
Use the duty location at the shop to go off duty. You must select the job again at City Services before returning to duty.
