How to Get The Job
You can get the job at the City Services counter. If you don’t have a vehicle you can /taxi and have it take you to the GPS marker you have. The marker is a white shield seen below.
Getting To The Job Area
You can also use /taxi to take you to the job area. You’ll find the job set up around Los Customs in the middle of Los Santos, north from the City Services Counter.
Getting A Job Vehicle
The jobs vehicle can be obtained by standing in the ‘Y’ of the asphalt patch, just outside of the shop. Use your third-eye to interact with the garage.
The Job Stash
The job stash is at the back of Los Customs. Target the toolbox with the third-eye.
Getting Paid
Like many other jobs in the city, mechanics get paid on a regular schedule known as a ‘tick’. The amount you are paid is based on the role of your mechanic. Additionally, mechanics can create invoices for other players to charge them for their services. For information on invoices, visit the invoicing section of the player guide.The Job Shop
You can access things you need to make repairs by using the third-eye to target a tool chest near the vehicle lift and blue jack.
The Job Sign-Off
If you want to go off duty, you can use the duty location to do so. Use your third-eye to interact with the door and select the option to go off duty.
Doing The Job
Repairing a Vehicle
Bring vehicle to the back of the shop, and eventually you will get the menu option to ‘Work On Vehicle’. Use the menu to inspect the vehicle and use the shop above to get the needed parts.You can purchase repair kits from the shop as well to get vehicles back on the road again.

Garage Access
There is a garage at Los Customs you can use to store your non-work vehicle, and can also be used to retrieve your non-work vehicle.
